CUNY IVE Presents: "From Entrepreneurship Students to Student Entrepreneurs"; Faculty Development Seminar 2014

Seminar Overview:

The CUNY IVE Faculty Development Seminar will provide an introduction to Virtual Enterprise, a set of instructional and technical tools to promote an entrepreneurial approach to higher education.

In particular, the presenters will highlight a series of discipline-agnostic entrepreneurship education pedagogies and methods that can be organized across the Entrepreneurship Education Spectrum, ranging from awareness, to simulation to incubation and launch.

At the center of the discussion will be an innovative approach to use action research as a mechanism to help bridge theory and practice by infusing entrepreneurship curricula and pedagogies into Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) programs.
