Kingsborough VE's on NYI's Money Matters Paul Messina from NY1s Money Matters accompanied Kingsboroughs Virtual Enterprise students from Excel Media Inc. during the first two weeks of their semester. The students of Excel Media are currently writing their business plan for an online travel magazine. In their weekly staff meetings, the students brainstormed about their business idea, identified specific areas of responsibilities among the entire staff, devised a working plan, and even sought advice from IVEs private sector partner CIT. Mr. Stephen Leavenworth, Senior VP at CIT, helped the students to organize their business ideas, and streamline their work within the process of writing a business plan.
