Thirteen VE's Go Public on the IVE Stock Market On November 8th, 2006 the Second Annual IVE IPO Conference took place at five different locations ranging from New York to California and as far as Austria and Denmark. Thirteen virtual enterprises presented their businesses and financial projections to IVE and successfully went through the process of an IPO. Mr. Richard Levitt, Chairman of the IVE World Bank, approved all IPO's and all firms are now listed on the IVE Stock Market (see ticker above). This conference was the kick-off for a global Stock Market Competion where companies and students can create their personal stock portfolios by investing virtual money in virtual and real stock. The company competition started November 13th and the student component will follow suit in early 2007.
